Telemetry Data Collection Agreement

By using Etiq Copilot, you consent to the automatic collection of usage data ("telemetry") to help us continuously improve the product.This telemetry data is designed to be anonymous and cannot be traced back to you or your organization.

Data Collected Includes:

  • The volume of operations performed (e.g., number of code scans, number of test runs, number of RCA/DSA runs).
  • Diagnostic information from any test runs that have unexpectedly terminated (crashed).

Data NOT Collected (Guardrails):

  • All proprietary code and/or dataset contents used within Etiq Copilot are never shared with or transmitted to Etiq.
  • Any diagnostic information collected from a terminated test run will be automatically scrubbed to ensure it does not contain any of your specific data, proprietary feature values, or sensitive payload contents. Only technical stack traces and error codes will be transmitted.

Data Science Agent (DSA) and Third-Party LLM Usage

By utilizing the Data Science Agent (DSA) feature, you acknowledge and agree that certain non-proprietary information will be transmitted to the Large Language Model (LLM) provider you have configured.This information is used solely for the purpose of constructing the necessary prompt for the LLM and is not collected or stored by Etiq.

Information Shared with the LLM Provider:

  • The code snippets being analyzed by the DSA.
  • Test result metadata.
  • Dataset metadata.

Definition of Metadata (Strictly Observed):The metadata exposed to the LLM will only include general characteristics of your data (e.g., column data types, value distributions) and the feature names (column headers). None of your actual data, row values, or proprietary content will be transmitted to the LLM provider.
